Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process step-by-step:

Potential applicant sees an advert in a newspaper / publication / on the internet,  then telephones the offices of Premier Care Dorset to enquire about any vacancies.

The Office has a conversation with the potential applicant and invites them to come to the offices of Premier Care to complete an applicaition form, health declaration form and the DBS check information are completed, and referee's details are taken.

During this time, the potentially successful applicant undertakes an induction training period, Shadow Training in the field with an experienced Carer, Moving and Handling training plus training in many other relevant areas of Care.
